October 19 Special Meeting
October 19, 1897.

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees was
held as notified on Tuesday, October 19, 1897, at 12:15
o'clock P.M.

Present, The President and Messrs. Browne, Cheever,
Choate, Eaton, Foster, Johnson, Jones, Sawyer and Shaw.

Records
The records of the meeting of May 6, and subse-
quent meetings were read and approved.

Monthly Bills.
The President reported that he had examined and
approved the following Schedules of Monthly Bills: -

May 12, 1897, ^$6,510.77; June 9, ^$6,992.23; July 14, ^$6,372.96;
August 11, ^$5,338.31; September 8, ^$5,562.68; and that
payment of the same had been thereupon made by the
Treasurer.

Voted, that the action of the President in this
regard be fully ratified and approved.

The Schedule of October 13 was presented, showing a
total of ^$6991.20, and it was

Voted, that upon approval by the President, pay-
ment thereof be made by the Treasurer.
