Representative of each of said Lots of the fact of their
condition; and that if the same shall remain in such
neglected condition for thirty days after the date of such
notice, the Superintendent put them in proper order,
under the direction of the President at the expense of
the respective Proprietors, as provided by Article VI, of
the By-Laws.
