1897 Special Meeting
.
A special meeting of the board of Trustees was
held as notified on Monday , at
2:20 o'clock P.M.
Present, the President and Messrs. Browne Choate,
Eaton, Foster, Johnson, Jones, Sears, Shaw and Whitney.
Records
The records of the meeting of and of sub-
sequent meetings were read and approved.
Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined and
approved the following schedules of Monthly Bills: -
, $4,126.24, and , $4,333.80, and
that payment of the same had been thereupon made
by the Treasurer.
Voted. That the action of the President in this regard
be fully ratified and approved.
Representative appointed
