1897 December 20 Special Meeting
December 20, 1897.

A special meeting of the board of Trustees was
held as notified on Monday December 20, 1897, at
2:20 o'clock P.M.

Present, the President and Messrs. Browne Choate,
Eaton, Foster, Johnson, Jones, Sears, Shaw and Whitney.

Records
The records of the meeting of October 19, and of sub-
sequent meetings were read and approved.

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined and
approved the following schedules of Monthly Bills: -
November 10, $4,126.24, and December 8, $4,333.80, and
that payment of the same had been thereupon made
by the Treasurer.

Voted. That the action of the President in this regard
be fully ratified and approved.

Representative appointed
Voted. That Representative be designated for Lots
as follows: -

The Committee on Lots reported the following Con-
tracts for Perpetual Care, both of which were approved
by the Board:
