January 26, 1898.

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees was held,
as notified, on Wednesday, January 16, 1898, at 2:20 o'clock,
P.M.

Present, the President and Messrs. Browne, Cheever,
Choate, Johnson, Jones, Shaw and Whitney.

Records
The records of the meeting of December 20, 1897, were read
and approved.

Monthly Bills

The President reported that he had examined and
approved the Schedule of Monthly Bills for January 12,
amounting to ^$3336.27, and that payment thereof had
been thereupon made by the Treasurer.

Voted that the action of the President in this re-
gard be fully ratified and approved.

Contract Perpetual Care
The Committee on Lots reported a Contract for the
perpetual care of the Lot 4297, by the Executors of Amy A.
Shapleigh, deceased for ^$25. additional, and the same
was approved by the Board.

Annual Reports
The President having presented and read the An-
