That the same be approved and adopted as the Annu-
al Report of the Trustees to the Proprietors, and that
it be printed and distributed to them accordingly.

Treasurer and Superintendent
The Report ³⁷¹ of the Treasurer, as approved by the Com-
mittee on Finance, and that ³⁷² of the Superintendent
having also been presented, it was voted,

That the same be accepted, printed and distributed
to the Proprietors.

New Chapel Furniture &c. Appropriation voted.
The President, in accordance with the notice given
at the meeting of December 20, 1897, asked for an ap-
propriation of Five Thousand dollars for the purpose
of fitting up and furnishing the New Chapel and pro-
viding for the necessary drainage and grading of the
grounds surrounding the same.

Voted. That the sum of Five Thousand dollars be
appropriated for said purposes.
