[Cole and] Rice Lots
and Rice lots, or of transferring the title thereto to the
heirs-at-law or devisees of the original proprietors, hav-
ing reported that no action is necessary, it was voted,
that the report be adopted.

Receiving Tomb unpaid Rents.
The subject of the failure of certain persons to pay
sums due for rent of catacombs in the Receiving Tomb
was referred to the Committee on Lots, with power.

Petition of Joseph Mason.
The Committee on Interments to whom was referred
the petition of Joseph Mason for a right of interment
in Lot No. 243, formerly owned by Marion Churchill
deceased, and by her reconveyed to the Corporation in
trust, reported that since it appeared from the
deed of reconveyance that the right of interment
was reserved for fourteen persons specifically
named, and that there is now room in said Lot
for the interment of but nine bodies.
