February 15. Special Meeting
February 15, 1898.

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees was
held, as notified, on Tuesday, February 15, 1898, at
2:20 o'clock, P.M.

Present, the President and Messrs. Browne, Choate,
Foster, Johnson, Jones, Sawyer and Whitney.

Records read
The records of the meeting of January 26, 1898, were
read and approved.

Trustees elected Feb. 7, 1898
The President announced that at the Annual Meet-
ing of the Proprietors held on February 7, 1898, Messrs.
Israel M. Spelman and Jerome Jones, were chosen as
Trustees to serve for six years, ending 1904.

Election of President.
A ballot having been taken for the election of a
President, it appeared that the whole number of
ballots cast was seven, all of which were for Israel
M. Spelman, and he was declared elected.

Treasurer, Secretary and Superintendent
Whole number of ballots cast for a Treasurer, seven,
all of which were for H. B. Mackintosh; for a Sec-
retary, seven, all of which were for, L. G. Farmer; and
for a Superintendent, seven, all of which were for
