Salaries fixed.
Voted that the salary of the Treasurer be fixed at $2500
for the ensuing year; that of the Assistant at $1500;
that of the Secretary at $800, and that he be allowed
the use of the office without payment of rent therefor;
and that of the Superintendent at $2500, and that the
last-named shall have the use of a House and the
grounds thereto belonging, the use of a Horse and
Vehicle and the services of one Man, at the expense
of the Corporation.

Committees continued
Voted that all Committees having unfinished busi-
ness in their hands be continued in office, with the same
powers as originally conferred upon them.

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined and
approved the Schedule of Monthly Bills for , amounting to $3310.14, and that payment thereof had
been thereupon made by the Treasurer.

Voted, that the action of the President in this re-
gard be fully ratified and approved.

Contracts Perpetual Care
The Committee on Lots reported the following con-
tracts for perpetual care, all of which were approved
by the Board:
