[Loans of over $50,000 to] be approved by Advisory Committee on Loans
first presenting the application for such loan to the
Board of Trustees for their approval," and substituting
therefor the words "without first presenting the applica-
tion for such loan to the Advisory Committee on Loans
for their approval"; so that said vote shall read as
follows: "Voted, that the Finance Committee be directed
to make no larger loan on any note secured by mortgage
than a sum equal to one-twentieth of the amount of
the Repair Fund, being about Fifty Thousand dollars,
without first presenting the application for such loan
to the Advisory Committee on Loans, for their approval,
the approval of either member of said Committee to be sufficient.
