was necessary, inasmuch as, by the vote of the Board of
Trustees passed , the matter was placed
entirely in the hands of the Superintendent who, by said
vote, is authorized, after three months, to make remo-
vals to such place as may be designated for that pur-
pose by the Committee on Interments.

Repair Fund. Guaranty Fund for,
Voted, that the President and the members of the
Committee on Finance consider the expediency of setting
apart any of the personal property of the Corporation
or its revenues for the creation of a Guaranty Fund for
meeting the obligations imposed upon the Corporation
by the By-Laws in regard to the establishment of the
