New Chapel and Office Building Cost of.
The President on behalf of the Building Committee,
reported the final completion of the New Chapel
and Office Building, at a total cost of about ^$68,000,
as shown on the Treasurer's books, and that the bill

of Mr. W. T. Sears, the architect, dated November 25th.,
1898, and amounting to ^$3133.66, or five percent com-
mission on ^$62,673.31, being the amount of expenditures
made under his direction, had been paid.
