A special meeting of the Board of Trustees was
held as notified for Monday, February 20, 1899, at
2:30 o'clock, P.M.

Present the President and Messrs Choate, Foster
Johnson, Jones, Reynolds, Sawyer, Sears and Whitney

Records
The records of the meeting of January 19, 1899 and
of subsequent meetings were, read and approved.

Trustees elected February 6. '99
The President announced that at the Annual Meet-
ing of the Proprietors held on February 6, 1899. Messrs
Joseph B. Russell and Frank H. Reynolds were
chosen as Trustees to serve for six year ending 1905.

Election of President
A ballot having been taken for the election of a
President, it appeared that the whole number of
ballots cast was seven, all of which were for Israel
M. Spelman and he was declared elected.

Treasurer, Secretary & Superintendent
Whole number of ballots cast for the election of a
Treasurer, eight, all of which were for Henry B.
