of a Superintendent, nine, all of which were for James
C. Scorgie, and they were severally declared elected.

Salaries fixed
Voted that the salary of the Treasurer be fixed at
Twenty fuve Hundred dollars for the ensuing year; that
of the Assistant at Fifteen Hundred dollars; that of the
Secretary at Eight Hundred dollars, and that he be al-
lowed the use of the office without payment of rent
therefor; and that of the Superintendent at Twenty-five
Hundred dollars, and that the last-named shall have
the use of a House and the grounds thereto belonging,
the use of a Horse and Vehicle and the services of
one at the expense of the Corporation.

Monthly Bills
The Schedule of Monthly Bills for February 8, 1899,
was presented showing a total of $3630, and it was
