Streets in the vicinity of the Cemetery for the year 1898.

The President having stated that on , the
Board had voted to pay the sum of Sixty Dollars as
a voluntary contribution towards such expense for the
season of 1897, it was voted that the Treasurer pay
to the City of Cambridge, Sixty dollars as a voluntary
contribution towards the expense of watering the Streets
in the vicinity of the Cemetery for the year 1898, pro-
vided the City Treasurer sign a receipt for the same
showing it to be a voluntary contribution.

Lot #4072 Request of Eliza J. Chamberlin to erect Monument Vote reconsidered
A letter was read from Mrs. Eliza J. Chamberlin in
regard to her application for permission ot remove
two Headstones from Lot #4072 formerly owned by her
late husband, Lowell W. Chamberlin and to erect a
granite Monument thereon and upon motion of
Mr. Foster it was voted to reconsider the vote passed
upon such application at the meeting of and after discussion it was further voted to
amend such vote by striking all therein after the
word "President" so that the same should read as
follows:

Voted. That leave be granted as prayed for, subject
to the approval of the President

Voted. That Lot #2391, Kent, being in a state of continued
neglect, and its condition impairing the appearance of the
Cemetery, the Secretary, under the direction of the President,
send writtten notice by mail to the last known residence of
