June 14 Special Meeting
A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees was
held, as notified, on Wednesday, June 14, 1899, at 12:15
o'clock P.M., the regular Monthly Meeting being dispensed with.

Present. The President and Messrs. Choate, Foster,
Jones, Reynolds, Russell and Sawyer.

Records
The records of the meeting of April 12, 1899, were
read and approved.

Monthly Meeting
The President reported that he had examined and
approved the Schedule of Monthly Bills for May 10, ^$4382.84
and that payment of the same had been thereupon made
by the Treasurer.

Voted. That the action of the President in this re-
gard be fully ratified and approved.

The Schedule of June 14, showing a total of ^$8027.56
was presented, and it was Voted. That upon approval
by the President, payment thereof be made by the Treas-
urer.

approved by the Board:
