Mt Auburn St. widening. Lots to be laid out on land included in taking
Voted. That the Superintendent, under the direction of the
President, be directed to layout and dispose of lots in
the Northwest corner of the cemetery, including the strip of
land which the City of Cambridge, with the approval of the
Town of Watertown, was authorized by Act of the Legislature,
approved , to take from the Cemetery for
the purpose of widening Mount Auburn Street; the said
City not having taken any action for such taking and
ordering in the time fixed by said Act of the Legislature.

fice of the Corporation and that in his judgement, the
