November 16, 1899.

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees was
held, as notified, on Thursday, November 16, 1899,
at 11 o'clock, A.M.

Present. The President and Messrs. Choate,
Foster, Jones, Reynolds, Russell and Sawyer.

Records
The reading of the records of the last meeting
was dispensed with.

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined
and approved the following schedules of Monthly
Bills: July 12, ^$7311.32; August 9, ^$5907.48; Sep-
tember 13, ^$6399.17; October 11, ^$6874.45; and No-
vember 8, ^$6627.71, and that the same had there-
upon been severally paid by the Treasurer.

Voted. That the action of the President in
this regard be fully ratified and approved.

Treasurer's Quarterly Reports.
The Treasurer having presented his Reports ^{384, 385.} for
the Quarters ending respectively June 30 and Sep-
tember 30, the same were referred to the Committee
on Finance.
