January 23 Adjourned Special Meeting No Quorum
january 23, 1900.

An adjourned Special Meeting of the Board of
Trustees was notified to be held on Tuesday, January
23, 1900, at 2:30 o'clock, P.M. One member of the
Board having deceased during the year, and other mem-
bers being detained by illness and business engage-
ments, no quorum was present.

Annual Report approved and its issue authorized
The following
paper approving the Annual Report of the Trustees
to the Proprietors and authorizing its issue as such,
was, however, presented by the President and the An-
nual Report was printed and issued accordingly:

"We, the undersigned, Trustees, have read and
approved of the sixty-eighth Annual ³⁸⁶ Report of the
Trustees to the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn,
together with the Reports ³⁸⁷ of the Treasurer and ³⁸⁸ Superin-
tendent signed by the President for the Trustees, and
authorize the same to be issued and sent to the Propri-
etors in accordance with vote usually issued at the meet-
ing called for that purpose." [Signed]
