1900 February 1 Special Meeting
February 1, 1900.

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees was
held as notified on Thursday, February 1, 1900, at 2:30
o'clock, P.M.

Present, the President and Messrs. Cheever, Choate,
Jones, Reynolds, Russell, Sears and Whitney.

Records
The records of the meeting of November 16, and of
subsequent meetings were read and approved.

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined and ap-
proved the following schedules Monthly Bills: -

December 13, ^$3,899.73; January 10, ^$4116.33; and that
the same had thereupon been paid by the Treasurer.

Voted. That the action of the President in this regard
be fully ratified and approved.

New Offices for Corporation
Voted. That the President and Mr. Jones be ap-
pointed a Committee to secure proper offices for
the Corporation, with power.
