February10 Special Meeting
February 10, 1900.

A special meeting of the Board of Trustees was held
as notified, on Saturday, February 10, 1900, at 2:30
o'clock, P.M.

Present, the President and Messrs. Cheever, Cummings,
Jones, Sawyer, Watson and Whitney.

Records
The records of the meeting of February 1, 1900 were read
and approved.

Trustees elected February 5, 1900
The President announced that, at the Annual Meeting
of the Proprietors held on February 5, 1900, Messrs. Prentiss,
Cummings and Charles H. Watson were chosen as Trustees
to serve for six years, ending 1906, and that Mr. Joseph
Sawyer was chosen as a Trustee to serve until 1901,
to fill the vacancy caused by the death of the late Sam-
uel Johnson.

Election of President.
A ballot having been taken for the election of a President,
it appeared that the whole number of ballots cast was
seven all of which were for Israel M. Spelman, and he
was declared elected.
