Secretary's Oath
Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Suffolk, ss. Boston. .
Personally appeared Lewis G. Farmer and
made oath that the would faithfully and impartially
discharge the duties of Secretary of the Proprietors of
the Cemetery of Mount Auburn, before me
Jerome Jones,
Justice of the peace.

Special Meeting
A special meeting of the Board of Trustees was
held as notified on Thursday, at 2:30
o'clock, P.M.
Present, the President and Messrs. Cheever,
Cummings, Jones, Reynolds, Russell, Sawyer, Watson
and Whitney.
A. C. Dean Secretary pro tem.
In the absence of the Secretary Albert C. Dean
was chosen Secretary of the Proprietory of the Cemetery
of Mount Auburn, pro tempore, and was duly sworn.

The records of the meeting of were read
and approved.
Contracts Perpetual Care
The Committee on Lots reported the following con-
tracts for perpetual care all of which were approved
by the Board:
