Voted that the Secretary transmit to Professor
Richards a copy of this vote, expressing our estima-
tion of his skill and interest in our undertaking"

New Offices for Corporation
The President reported that acting under the
vote of the Board passed , appointing
Mr. Jones and himself a committee, with power, to secure
proper offices for the Corporation, they had rented
offices Nos. 41. 42 and 43 on the fourth story of the
Chadwick Building ^5 Tremont St. for $1200 per annum for five
years, possession to be given in July next.

Lot #3320 Petition of Ida E. Holmes
A petition was presented from Ida E. Holmes
asking that the stone at her father's grave in Lot
No. 3320, re-conveyed tto the Corporation in trust, might
be removed and she be allowed to erect a new
and better one, similar to that ordered for her mother's
grave, any additional charge for the perpetual
care of the new stone to be paid by herself.

Voted, that the request contained in said petition
be granted.
