Voted. That all Committees having unfinished business
in their hands be continued in office, with the same powers
as originally conferred upon them.

Standing Committees
The President then announced the Standing Committees
for 1901-1902, as follows:

Grounds
Committee on Grounds

The President, ex officio, and Messrs. Choate, Sears,
Reynolds and Russell.

Lots
Committee on Lots.

The President and Messrs. Whitney and Hutchins.

Finance
Committee on Finance.

Messrs Watson and Cummings.

Interments
Committee on Interments.

Messrs. Cheever and Foster

Revision of By-Laws
The following vote was passed on motion of Mr. Watson:

Voted That the Secretary, under the supervision of the Pres-
ident, be directed to revise the By-Laws of the Corpora-
tion, or make a new code thereof, to be submitted to
the Board for their consideration, and that the President
be authorized to pay the Secretary from time to time, as his
work progresses, reasonable compensation for his services
while so employed

Monthly Bills
The Schedule of Monthly Bills for , was
presented, showing a total of $4475.78; and it was

Voted. That upon approval by the President, pay-
ment thereof be made by the Treasurer.
