Article VI of the By Laws.

Sale of Bradford Estate Voted
Voted. That the Finance Committee be authorized to
sell the Lots numbered One hundred and six (106) and
One hundred and seven (107) on plan of the Bradford
Estate on South Street, West Roxbury, district of Boston,
made by Charles H. W. Wood, dated , acquired
by foreclosure of mortgage, on such terms as they shall
see fit; and that the Treasurer be authorized to exe-
cute and deliver quitclaim deed of said estate ap-
proved by the Finance Committee.

New Greenhouse Appropriation Voted
The President, in accordance with the notice given at the
meeting of , last, asked for an appropriation
of Four Thousand dollars ($4000.), to be expended in the
erection of a new Greenhouse at the Cemetery, and it was

Voted. That the sum of Four Thousand dollars ($4000) be
appropriated for this purpose, and that such Green-
house be built under the direction of the President.

Memorial Service to Governor Wolcott
A letter of invitation, with tickets enclosed,
from the Committee of Arrangements for the public
service in memory of the late Governor Roger Wolcott,
formerly a member of the Board of Trustees, was
presented, and it was voted, that the invitation
be accepted with thanks, and that the President
be given discretionary power to appoint a committee
to attend the service on Thursday, .
