Treasurer's Quarterly Reports
The Treasurer having presented his Reports ^{399, 400} for
the Quarters ending respectively June 30 and September
30, the same were referred to the Committee on Finance.

Resolutions on death of Joseph Sawyer.
Voted. That we wish to enter on our Records our ap-
preciation of the services of Joseph Sawyer, lately a
member of this Board. Chosen in 1893 to fill the vacancy
caused by the resignation of the late Samuel R. Payson,
he continued to serve by re-election until the oc-
currence of his death on the twenty-seventh day of
May last.

¶ As a Trustee he was always ready to give us the
benefit of his judgment and experience, and faith-
fully performed all the duties which devolved upon
him.

Voted. That the Secretary send a copy of this vote to
the members of his family.
