Annual Reports.
The President having presented and read the Annual
Report 401 to the Proprietors, it was Voted.

President.
That the same be approved and adopted as the Annual
Report of the Trustees to the Proprietors and that the
same be printed and distributed to them accordingly.

Treasurer and Superintendent
The Report 402 of the Treasurer, as approved by the
Committee on Finance, and that 403 of the Superintend-
ent having also been presented, it was Voted.

That the same be accepted, printed and distributed
to the Proprietors.

Lot #1027 Petition of Heirs of *Eliza Brown
A petition 404 was presented from the Heirs of the
late Eliza Brown, proprietor of Lot No. 1027, for
a re-location of said Lot, according to a plan thereof
annexed to said petition, and it was Voted.

That the subject be referred to the Committee on Lots
with power.

Contribution to City of Cambridge for Street Watering
The President read a communication from the Treas-
urer of the City of Cambridge, soliciting a contribution
from the Corporation towards the expense of watering
the streets in the vicinity of the Cemetery for the years, 1899,
1900 and 1901, and, after discussion, it was Voted.

That the Treasurer pay to the City of Cambridge the sum
of One Hundred and Eighty dollars as a voluntary con-
tribution towards the expense of watering the streets in
the vicinity of the Cemetery for the years, 1899, 1900 and 1901,
provided the City Treasurer sign a receipt for the same,
showing it to be a voluntary contribution.
