Request of M. A. Yardley
The President read a letter 405 from Miss M. A. Yard-
ley, of Boston, asking permission to place on the wall
of the New Chapel a memorial tablet to Mary Yardley,
now buried in Dr. Bowditch's lot, and it was Voted,
inexpedient to grant this request.

Place of Annual Meeting
Voted that the Annual Meeting of the Proprietors
be held on the next at
2:30 o'clock in the afternoon, at the office of the Corpo-
ration, No. 5 Tremont Street, Boston.

Revision of By-Laws
Voted that a committee of two be appointed to
consider the subject of changes in the By-Laws
and Regulations of the Corporation or in the statutes
relating thereto, and report at the next meeting of
the Board, and the President appointed Messrs.
Hutchins and Watson as such committee.

Dissolved.
