Salaries fixed
Voted that the salary of the Treasurer be fixed at
Twenty seven Hundred and Fifty dollars for the en-
suing year; that of the Assistant Treasurer at Fifteen
Hundred dollars; that of the Secretary at Eight Hundred
dollars, and that he be allowed the use of the office
without payment of rent therefor; and that of the Su-
perintendent at Three Thousand dollars, and that the
last-named shall have the use of a House and the
grounds thereto belonging, the use of a Horse and Vehicle
and the services of one Man, at the expense of the
Corporation.

Voted, also, that Albert C. Dean be employed as a
Clerk, at a salary of Fifteen Hundred dollars.

Monthly Bills
The Schedule of Monthly Bills for February 12, was
presented, showing a total of ^$5129.91, and it was voted
that upon approval by the President payment thereof
be made by the Treasurer.

Contracts Perpetual Care
The Committee on Lots reported the following contracts
for perpetual care, all of which were approved by the Board:

Committees Continued
Voted, that all Committees having unfinished business
