May 16, 1902

A special meeting of the Board of Trustees was
held, as notified, on Friday, May 16, 1902, at 2:30
o'clock, P.M.

Present, the President and Messrs. Beal, Foster,
Hutchins, Reynolds, Sears, Watson and Whitney.

A. C. Dean Secretary pro tem.
In the absence of the Secretary, Albert C. Dean was
chosen Secretary of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of
Mount Auburn, pro tempore, and was duly sworn.

Records
The records of the meeting of February 12, 1902 were
read and approved.

Representatives appointed
Voted that Representatives be designated for
Lots as follows:

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined
and approved the following Schedules of Monthly Bills:
March 12, ^$4,233.52, and April 9, ^$4304.15, and that
payment of the same had been thereupon made by
the Treasurer.

Voted, that the action of the President in this regard
be fully ratified and approved.

The Schedule for May 14, showing a total of ^$5857.07
was presented, and it was voted that, upon approval
by the President, payment thereof be made by the
