Hotel Torrington, Sale authorized
Voted. That the Finance Committee be authorized to
sell the Hotel Torrington, the estate numbered Three
Hundred and Eighty-four (384) on Commonwealth Avenue,
in the City of Boston, acquired by foreclosure of mortgage
, on such terms as they shall see fit; and
that the Treasurer be authorized to execute and deliver a
quitclaim deed of said estate, approved by the President
and one of the members of the Finance Committee.

N. Y. O & W. R'y bonds. Sale Authorized
Voted. That the Treasurer, John L. Dill, be and he
is hereby authorized and empowered to sell, assign and
transfer Ten Thousand dollars ($10,000.) New York, Ontario
& Western Railway Company, 5 percent Sinking Fund
First Lien Bond, due , numbered 2776, 2872,
2888/93, 2895/96, standing in the name of the Proprietors
of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn, in trust for its Repair
Fund.

Terminal R. R. Ass'n of St Louis Bonds to be Sold
Voted. That the Treasurer, John L. Dill, be and he
is hereby authorized and empowered to sell, assign and
transfer Ten Thousand dollars ($10,000) Terminal Rail-
road Association of St Louis, Four and one-half percent
First Mortgage Bonds, due , standing in the
name of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn
in trust for its Repair Fund.
