Voted, that the Treasurer, with the written approval
of the President and one of the members of the Committee
on Finance, be, and he hereby is, authorized and empowered,
in the name and on behalf of the corporation, in trust for
its Repair Fund, to seal with the corporate seal, execute
acknowledge and deliver a quitclaim deed of the prem
ises numbered 384 on Commonwealth Avenue, in the City
of Boston, known as the Hotel Torrington; being the
same premises mortgaged to the Corporation, in trust
for its Repair Fund, by George P. Ridgway, by deed
dated , and recorded with Suffolk
Deeds, Book 2424, page 477, and purchased by the
Corporation at foreclosure sale under said mortgage
on ; but the purchaser of said prem-
ises is not to be held responsible for the proper ap-
plication of the purchase money.
