November 24 Special Meeting
November 24, 1902.

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees was
held, as notified, on Monday, November 24, 1902, at
2:15 o'clock, P.M.

Present the President and Messrs. Choate, Cum-
mings Foster, Reynolds, Russell, Watson, and Whitney.

Records
The records of the meeting of May 27 were read
and approved.

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined
and approved the following Schedules of Monthly
Bills: June 11, $7077.70; July 9, $6377.26; August 13,
$6639.74; September 15, $6689.91; and October 8, $6830.36
and that payment of the same had been thereupon
made by the Treasurer. Voted, that the action of
the President in this regard be fully ratified and
approved.

The Schedule of November 12, showing a total of
$4621.96, was presented and it was voted that upon
approval by the President payment thereof be made
by the Treasurer.
