to place in said Lot the ashes of her son James L. Tyler,
whose interment was not provided for in the deed of
reconveyance, it was voted that the request be granted.

Melissa Gould Bequest Accepted
Voted. That whereas Melissa Gould, late of Boston,
in the Country of Suffolk, deceased, did by her last will, which
has been duly proved and allowed in the Probate Court,
for said County of Suffolk, give, devise and bequeath to
the Proprietors of the cemetery of Mount Auburn all the
residue of her estate, real and personal, in trust to apply
the income to the care of her Lot No. 5824 in said Cem-
etery and to the general purpose of said Corporation,
and whereas Lewis G. Farmer, the executor of said will
has presented for allowance in said Probate Court
his first and final acount as such executor, and it
appears therefore that the residue of said estate in his
hands amounts, in cash and securities, to the sum of
Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty-eight & 9/100
dollars, which he desires to pay over to said Corporation
in fulfilment of the provision of said will in that behalf:
it is, therefore, voted that said bequest be accepted by
said Corporation for the uses and purposes said will
set forth, and that the Treasurer be, and he hereby is,
authorized and empowered in the name and on behalf of
said Corporation, to assent to the allowance of said account
and to give to the said Lewis G. Farmer a full and suf-
ficient receipt for said case and securities, and that the
said Corporation shall indemnify and hold him and
