Voted, that the action of the President in this regard be
fully ratified and approved.

The Schedule of January 14, showing a total of $3,990.67,
was presented, and it was voted. that upon approval
by the President, payment thereof be made by the Treasurer.

Voted, that Representatives be designated for Lots as

Annual Reports President
The President having presented and read the Annual
Report ⁴¹³ to the Proprietors, it was voted, that the same
be approved and adopted as the Annual Report of the
Trustees to the Proprietors and that the same be printed
and distributed to them accordingly.

Treasurer's and Superintendent
The report ⁴¹⁴ of the Treasurer, as approved by the Com-
mittee on Finance, and that ⁴¹⁵ of the Superintendent having
also been presented, it was Voted, that the same be
accepted, printed and distributed to the Proprietors.

Henry H. Fay Request #1416
A communication was presented from Mr. Henry H. Fay,
enclosing correspondence in regard to a proposed contract
for the care of Lot #1416, without guaranty, the request
being made that the provision contained in such contracts,
authorizing the Board of Trustees to suffer the surplus
income to accumulate or to apply it, in their discretion,
to ornamenting and preserving the grounds of the Cemetery
or for other purposes therein set forth, might be removed,
