The President reported that he had examined and ap-
proved the following Schedules of Monthly Bills: June 10,
^$7167.13; July 8, ^$6,457.71; August 12, ^$8,222.80; September 9,
^$7,169.25; October 14, ^$5753.18; and November 11, ^$4,943.71;
and that payment of the same had been thereupon made
