Voted 421 that Lots #232, Brown, #371, Sawyer, #1604,
Mosman, and #1854, Osborn, being in a state of continued
neglect, and their condition impairing the appearance of
the Cemetery, the Secretary, under the direction of the President
send written notice by mail to the last known residence
of the Proprietor or Representative of each of said Lots
of the fact of their condition; and that if the same shall
remain in such neglected condition for thirty days after
