approved the schedule of Monthly Bills for December 9,
amounting to ^$4,088.24, and that payment of the same had
been thereupon made by the Treasurer. Voted that the
action of the President in this regard be fully ratified
and approved.

The Schedule for January 13, 1904, was presented, show-
ing a total of ^$3613.22; and it was Voted that upon
approval by the President, payment thereof be made
by the Treasurer.

Annual Reports. President
The President having presented and read the Annual
Report to the Proprietors, it was Voted that the same
be approved and adopted as the Annual Report ⁴²³ of
the Trustees to the Proprietors and that the same be
printed and distributed to them accordingly.

Treasurer and Superintendent
The Report ⁴²⁴ the Treasurer, as approved by the Com-
mittee on Finance, and that of the Superintendent ⁴²⁵ having
also been presented, it was Voted that the same be
accepted, printed and distributed to the Proprietors.

Steam Roller &c. Appropriation Voted
The President, in accordance with the notice given at
the meeting of November 20, last, asked for an appropriation
of Nine Thousand dollars, to be expended in the purchase
of a new Steam Roller, Crusher, Engine and Dynamo,
and in the erection of a House and the digging of a
Cellar; and it was voted that the sum of Nine Thousand
dollars be appropriated for the above purposes, the same
to be expended by the Superintendent under the direction
of the President in general conformity with the views of
the Superintendent as expressed in his letter ⁴²⁶ of Nov. 11, to the President.
