Report of Investments
The Committee on Finance having reported that
there had been no change in investments on account
of the Repair Fund since the date of the last meeting
it was voted that their report be accepted and placed on file

Annual Meeting
Voted, that the Annual Meeting of the Proprietors be
held on the first Monday of February next, at 2:30
o'clock in the afternoon, at the office of the Corporation
No. 5 Tremont Street, Boston.

Treasurer to Execute deed of Lot ^#5878 to Charles F. Paine
Voted that the Treasurer be, and he hereby is, author-
ized and directed to sign, seal with the corporate seal
and deliver as the act of the Corporation, a deed of Lot No.
5878, to one Charles F. Paine, dated July 7, 1891, but which
by accident or oversight, was not signed by the late
Treasurer of the Corporation, Henry B. Mackintosh, nor
sealed with its corporate seal.

Dissolved.
