the Corporation.

Voted, also, that Albert C. Dean be employed as a Clerk,
at a salary of Fifteen Hundred dollars.

Portrait of Mr. Spelman
On motion of Mr. Sears, it was voted that, in recognition of
the long and devoted services of Mr. Israel M. Spelman,
as President of the Corporation, a Committee of two
be appointed to cause a suitable portrait of Mr. Spelman
to be painted at the expense of the Corporation, the same
to be kept in the Office Building at the Cemetery; and
Messrs. Sears and Choate were appointed by the Presi-
dent to act as such Committee.

Monthly Bills
The Schedule of Monthly Bills for was
presented, showing a total of $4,296.35; and it was voted
that, upon approval by the President, payment thereof
be made by the Treasurer.

Treasurer to sign Bonds when due.
Voted that the Treasurer, John L. Dill, be, and he hereby
is, authorized, with the approval of one of the members of
the Committee on Finance, to sign and transfer any bonds
belonging to the Corporation which may, at any time here-
after, become due and payable.
