Special Meeting

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees was
held as notified on Thursday, , at 12 o'clock,
noon.

Present, the President and Messrs. Beal, Cheever,
Choate, Foster, Reynolds, Sears and Watson.

Records waived
Voted, that the reading of the records of the last meet-
ing be dispensed with.

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined and
approved the following Schedules of Monthly Bills
, $3,978.65; , $5,389.65; , $7,712.07;
June 8, $7,443.92, and that payment thereof had
been thereupon made by the Treasurer.

Voted that the action of the President in this
regard be fully ratified and approved.

Neglected Lots.
Voted that 428 Lots #1023 Mistletoe Path, Heirs of Roger
Herring, and #2222, Trefoil Path, Heirs of David W.
Horton, being in a state of continued neglect and their
condition impairing the appearance of the Cemetery,
the Secretary, under the direction of the President,
