*Thomas Mack Lot #3998 New Contract
Voted, that whereas the bronze tablet on the Monument on
Lot No. 3998, formely owned by the late Thomas Mack,
has been removed and a marble tablet has been placed
thereon making it necessary to excute a new contract
for the perpetual care of said Lot, the Treasurer be, and he
hereby is authorized and directed to sign, seal and de-
liver, as the act of the Corporation, a contract under date
of October 30, 1903 for the care of said Lot, covering the
above change in said tablet.
