Hundred and Fifteen ($215) dollars with which to put the half
containing the graves under perpetual care; and that
the Corporation, in consideration of said reconveyance
and payment, convey to the said petitioners by two deeds
the two halves of said Lot numbering the portion of the
lot which has been used for interment purposes by a
new numbering and retaining the old number for remaining
half.
