[Lease] of Offices in Sears Building
Rooms numbered 601, 602, 603 and 616 on the sixth floor in
the Sears Building, Boston, for the term of five years
from , at a rental of Twenty-five Hundred
dollars per annum and electric lights be accepted
and that the Treasurer be, and he hereby is, authorized
and empowered to execute the same in the name and
