[Lease] of Offices in Sears Building
Rooms numbered 601, 602, 603 and 616 on the sixth floor in
the Sears Building, Boston, for the term of five years
from January 1, 1905, at a rental of Twenty-five Hundred
dollars per annum and electric lights be accepted
and that the Treasurer be, and he hereby is, authorized
and empowered to execute the same in the name and
on behalf of the Corporation.

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined and
approved the following schedules of monthly bills:

July 13, $7,214.92; August 10, $6,204.23; September 14, $6,293.55;
October 12, $8,413.77; November 9, $5,602.66, and that payment
thereof had been thereupon made by the Treasurer.
Voted that the action of the President in this regard be
fully ratified and approved.
