President; a Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer and a
Secretary. Nothing herein contained shall be construed
to prevent a reelection of the same person to fill the
office of Trustee for more than one term. No Trustee,
except the President, shall receive any salary or
other involvement for services while in office; nor shall
any salaried officer or paid agent receive any other
payment or fee than that fixed upon by the Trustees
before such service has been performed; no shall
any officer or any paid servant of the Corporation
have any additional pecuniary interest, direct or
indirect, in work or material designed or done in or
for the Cemetery, whether for the Corporation or for others;
but nothing therein shall be constructed to forbid
payment to Trustees for attendance at meetings
of Trustees and committees thereof, such honorarium
as is usual in corporation of similar importance

Voted, that the report of Committee be accepted
and that the proposed amendment be submitted
to the Proprietors for action at the ensuing Annual
Meeting
