The Monthly Meeting of the Board of Trustees was
held, as notified, on Wednesday, , at
12 o'clock, noon.

Present, Messrs., Beal, Cheever, Choate, Foster, Hem-
enway, Hobbs, Hutchins, Jones, Russell and Watson.

In the absence of the President, Mr. Choate was
chosen temporary Chairman.

The records of the meeting of were read
and approved.

Trustees elected .
The Chairman announced that at the Annual Meeting
of the Proprietors held on , Mr. Franklin
W. Hobbs was elected as a Trustee to serve until 1908,
to complete the term of the late Joshua M. Sears; Jerome
Jones, to serve until 1910, to complete the term of Israel
M. Spelman, resigned; Alfred Hemenway, to serve until
1911, to complete the term of the late Frank W. Reynolds;
and Prentiss Cummings and Charles H. Watson, to
serve until 1912. The Chairman also announced
that the proposed amendment of Article II, of the
By-Laws, reported at the meeting of ,
had been submitted to the Proprietors at the Annual
Meeting and had been unaninmously adopted.

Frank W. Reynolds Letter from Son
A 443 letter was read from Robert D. Reynolds, a son of the
late Frank W. Reynolds, expressing the appreciation of
his family of the vote adopted at the meeting of
the Board, held on .
