Personally appeared Lewis G. Farmer and made
oath that he would faithfully and impartially dis-
charge the duties of the Secretary of the Proprietors
of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn before me.

Present, the President and Messrs. Beal, Cheever,
Choate, Foster, Hemenway, Hobbs, Russell, Watson
and Whitney.

The records of the meeting of were read
and approved.

Representatives appointed
Voted that Mary D. Bacon, of New York City, the widow
of the late proprietor, be designated as Representative for

The Committee on Lots recommended the following
