Cemetery of Mount Auburn, in trust for its Repair Fund,
by deed dated May 1, 1895, and recorded with Middlesex
South District Deeds, Book 2362, page 545, and since
acquired by said Corporation by foreclosure of said
mortgage, for the sum of Eighteen Thousand dollars;
and that the Treasurer, with the written approval
of the President and one of the members of the Committee
on Finance, be and he hereby is authorized and
empowered in the name and on behalf of the Corpo-
ration, in trust for its Repair Fund, to seal with
the corporate seal, execute, acknowledge and de-
liver a quitclaim deed of said premises to the pur-
chase thereof upon receipt of said sum of
Eighteen Thousand dollars.
