Perpetual Care
√ for the perpetual care of Lot No. 336 with an heir of the
late proprietor, Thomas Drown, deceased, for the sum of
Five Hundred dollars, and the same was approved by the Board.

Representative appointed.
Voted, that Henry D Green, of Everett, a grandson of the
late proprietor be designated as Representative for Lot
√ No. 1812.

Monthly Bills
The Schedule of Monthly Bills for March 21 was pre-
sented, showing a total of ^$4,455.58; and it was voted
that upon approval by the President, payment thereof
be made by the Treasurer.

Lease of ^#583 Mt. Auburn St. to M. Cora M^cDonald
Voted that the Treasurer be, and he hereby is author-
ized and empowered, with the approval of the Presi-
dent, and in the name and on behalf of the Corporation,
to execute and deliver to M. Cora M^cDonald, of Cambridge
a lease of the premises situated on Mount Auburn Street,
in said Cambridge, and numbered 583 thereon, for the
term of three years from the first day of April next, at
an annual rental of Six Hundred dollars, payable
in equal monthly payments of Fifty dollars each,
the water taxes to be paid by the lessee and the other
conditions of said lease to be such as shall be ap-
proved by the President.
