April 18, 1906

The Monthly Meeting of the Board of Trustees was held,
as notified, on Wednesday, April 18, 1906 at 12 o'clock, M.

Present the President and Messrs. Cheever, Choate,
Foster, Hemenway, Hobbs, Watson, and Whitney.

Records
The records of the meeting of March 21 were read
and approved.

Contracts Perpetual Care
The Committee on Lots recommended the following
Contracts for Perpetual Care, all of which were approved by
the Board:

Treasurer's Quarterly Report
The Treasurer having presented his Quarterly Reports ^{452. 453.}
of the Repair and General Funds for the Quarter
ending March 31, the same were referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.

Monthly Bills
The Schedule of Monthly Bills for April 18, was presented,
showing a total of $5,759.49; and it was voted that upon
approval by the President payment thereof be
made by the Treasurer.
