by illness from further service, it was voted that he be dis-
charged from the employ of the Corporation and that the sum
of Three Hundred and Sixty ($360) dollars be paid to him as
a gratuity, that being the amount of wages paid him for
nine months of the year, which has been the limit of
his recent employment.

Purchase of Land
Voted that the matter of the purchase of additional land
for the purposes of the Corporation be referred to the Pres-
ident and Mr. Watson as a Committee to investigate
the same, and report to the Board at a future meeting.

Maps of Cemetery
Voted that the President be empowered to cause two
suitable maps of the Cemetery to be prepared, one to
be hung in the office at the Cemetery, and the other in
the Trustee's room in the Boston office, and also to
take such further action in regard to the preparation of
other Maps of the Cemetery as he may deem advisable.

Current Bills to be paid
Voted, that as it is unlikely that a quorum will be
present at meetings of the Board before ,
the Treasurer be authorized to pay all current bills
in the mean time, upon approval thereof by the Pres-
ident.
